Company Director and third generation builder, Luke Tomkins, is personally involved with a hands on approach at each project, creating unique and individual homes to the highest of standards and integrity. It is with this emphasis and very philosophy, limits Tomkins Constructions to building only a few homes per year.

OUR STORY

where we've come from makes us who we are

The Tomkins family began building in Beaudesert, Queensland in 1951. The late Ted Tomkins was a keen cyclist and father of four sons. He took on building after the Second World War. It was here Ted and his wife Joyce raised their four sons who later did their building apprenticeships with the family company.

After years of building individually-designed homes in and around the Gold Coast region, the Tomkins name built a reputation for quality work and personalised service.

Carrying on the family traditions and family values, Director, Luke Tomkins a carpenter by trade and third generation builder has developed his own building company. Today, Luke and his team at Tomkins Constructions are more passionate about building custom homes and renovations than ever.
