Working in closely with our Interior Designer, we sought to achieve an opulent apartment for a private jet-setting family. We wanted to articulate the look and feel our client required, achieving a refined balance between New York-Luxury and Contemporary-Unique to ensure a feeling of sophistication & exclusivity”
The apartment’s entrance hall, which you enter as you step out of the lift, features silver travertine which instantly creates a glamorous atmosphere as you walk in through the foyer and open the frameless glass doors.
Comprising four bedrooms with ensuite’s, an open kitchen, living, dining, & formal lounge, office, wine cellar and outdoor balcony featuring dining & outdoor living. This renovation entailed removal and repositioning of walls, plastering, painting, timber European Oak flooring, polished marble tiles throughout, Sunset Heritage Stone featured in outdoor area and accompanied with high end materials and furnishings from all around the world.
